Fixing screws for rudder fittings

Can anyone help me please? I need some replacement fixing screws for the rudder fittings on my Marieholm IF. The screws are the 'interscrew' type' with a 12mm shank and countersunk head which fix to M8 threaded rod. I've searched all over, but cannot find where to get them from. Any suggestions?
